Changes or cancellations to registrations prior to close of the event
Changes or cancellations to registrations are allowed using the edit feature for the registration posted on the users home page. Refer to the FAQs page for detailed instructions. Any changes resulting in a credit due to the registered participant is subject to the fee listed below. Credits can be applied to other events within in the same Tournament, for example, exchanging or substituting one event for another. Credits are non transferable to other tournaments or competitors.
- A $1.50 change fee will be charged for changes of an individual registration resulting in a partial credit due of the original or prior registration fees charged for that individual.
- A $5 cancellation fee will be charged for a full cancellation of each individual registration.
- There are no additional change fees for registration changes resulting in zero balance due or balance due charges from prior registration fees charged for that individual.
- Refunds will be credited to the credit or debit account used in the original transaction for the registration.
Refunds after the posted close date and time of the event
All tournament registration orders from this site services are final after the posted close date and time of the event listing. No refunds are provided from Tournament Master, LLC after the posted close date and time of the event listing. Any inquires or requests of refunds made to Tournament Master LLC after the close of the event listing will be passed on to the promoter of the event for consideration. Any refunds approved by the promoter are the sole responsibility of the promoter. It is strongly advised to refer to the refund policy of the organization sponsoring or hosting the tournament or event prior to registering for the selected tournament. The promoter of the event with contact information is listed in the "more info" page for each event listed.
Sales of software programs or software use licenses
Download trial versions of software programs are available prior to the purchase of the software program or license. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to evaluate the product in the allotted trial period prior to purchasing the program or any license for that product supplied by Tournament Master, LLC.
